Givt Four Weeks Guidance

You’ve signed up your organisation to Givt, that’s great. You’ll have received an e-mail with everything you need to start receiving donations.

Now the next step is to make your donors aware that they are now able to give to your organisation. We’re here to help you with that. The goal is to get to a  group of first users from where the usage can grow organically.

In our four week guidance programme, we will meet online to look at how things are going for your organisation, what your experiences have been, what the results have been and what we would recommend for the next weeks. We do this in small groups, so you can also learn from the experiences at other organisations.

How does the Four Weeks Guidance programme work?

We start with a new four weeks guidance programme every week. On the right you can see the upcoming starting dates.

  1. Click on one the links to the right to go to the registration page. There you can select the starting date that suits you best.
  2. After you enter your name and e-mail, you will receive confirmation of the meeting. You can then add it to your calendar.
  3. This will also be the day and time that the subsequent calls take place, 2 weeks apart.

The guidance calls take about 30 minutes. Prior to the calls, we’ll have had a look at the recent activity in your organisation. In the call we’ll dive into some more specific (anonymised) statistics for your organisation and make concrete suggestions for the communication.

But what if…?

  • But what if I didn’t attend the introductory webinar yet?
There is no rush in starting the four weeks guidance, please attend one of the introductory webinars first.
  • But what if I can’t make it one of the later dates?
If you can’t make it for one of the calls, no worries, we’ll catch up in the next call
  • But what if I don’t want to come alone?
Feel free to share the link to the Zoom call with others in your organisation. It is valuable to have multiple people involved in this starting period.
  • But what if we haven’t really started yet?
The four weeks guidance is designed to kick off around the start of active usage in your organisation. If that is not set to happen yet, select a starting date for the guidance programme in the future. If the dates do not reach that far, check back here in a couple of weeks for additional dates.
  • But what does this all cost?
Absolutely nothing. At Givt we believe in the power of collaboration, so we like to invest in a solution that works for you.
